So the user story goes: users can delete entries and comments they created. We packaged this functionality into an EE plugin for you to download.

We are releasing a little yet useful ExpressionEngine plugin that lets users delete their own entries and comments, without having access to the back-end.

We have been working at an online community website, where members can upload and edit content collaboratively. All (well, almost all) this can be achieved with great modules like Solspace Friends and Brandnewbox Followers, that add elements of social networking to ExpressionEngine. Yet, deleting entries and comments is not possible from the front-end. We didn’t want to give users access to the back-end, so we created a little plugin that enables them to be in full control of their content, without accessing the ExpressionEngine control panel.

The plugin works on ExpressionEngine 1.6.x and 2.+ and you can grab it for free from devot-ee.
